I love this branch! Even if it's packed during peak hours, the cleanliness is well maintained. There are many seats available for small or big groups. If you are visiting Iloilo, you shouldn't miss trying JD!

I usually lower my expectations when it comes to bakery goodies since from where I come from (Pampanga), most bakeries and their items are more of a miss than a hit. They're more into pang laman tyan rather than a pleasurable experience to one's palate. Either they're bland or mere sugar overdose. But when I tried a few of the goodies here (buko royale, cappuccino square, revel bar, apple crumble bar, red velvet chewies, Russian tea cookies), I fully understood how Iloilo is a gastro haven of the Philippines. Sweetness is on point, and unbelievably, even the price! Made me fall for Iloilo even more. Will DEFINITELY be back!!! Update: Came back to try their baked mac, macapuno bar, ube bar and lengua --- love them! Butter chewies is also good but didn't tickle my taste buds much.

Fairly priced food and there’s plenty of pastries to choose from. This is a good place to purchase pasalubong if you’re a tourist.

Affordable comfort food. Insaladang jackfruit and mushroom soup are my favorites. Their ginataan, baked mac and breads also taste good.
